Good things take time. Every piece at BygoneMark is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. We do not mass-produce; we create with care.
1. Processing Time
All BygoneMark items are made-to-order (engraved and finished by hand).
Standard Processing:
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to craft, engrave, and package your order before it ships.
Holiday Season:
During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), processing may take an additional 2–5 business days.
2. Shipping Rates
We strive to keep shipping costs fair and transparent for our customers worldwide.
- Orders USD $29.90 and above: FREE Worldwide Shipping ✈️
- Orders under USD $29.90: Flat-rate shipping fee of USD $6.90
Tip: Add a second item (or buy a set) to qualify for free shipping. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 days) + Shipping Time
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking number. Estimated times below are calculated from the ship date:
- United States: 4 - 8 Business Days
- United Kingdom: 4 - 7 Business Days
- Canada: 4 - 9 Business Days
- Europe: 4 - 9 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 4 - 10 Business Days
- Hong Kong: 3 - 4 Business Days
- Rest of World: 6 - 12 Business Days
*Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance and carrier delays.
4. Express Shipping
Need your order faster? Express shipping via DHL Express is available in select regions.
- DHL Express: 2–5 business days after processing
- Additional fees apply
- Select at checkout if available for your region
5. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted international carriers. The shipping method is automatically selected based on your destination and order details.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after shipment.
7. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide to almost all countries and regions, excluding certain remote or restricted areas. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Important: For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Amounts are determined by your local customs office
- We cannot predict or control these fees

9. Shipping Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Public holidays and weekends
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address information

10. Address Changes
Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible due to carrier restrictions.
11. Delivery Issues
Package Not Received:
- First, check your tracking information for the latest status
- Look for any delivery notices left by the carrier
- If 7+ days have passed since the expected delivery date, contact us
Damaged or Defective Item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package
- Send photos clearly showing the issue to support@bygonemark.net
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
12. Return & Refund Policy
Personalized & Custom Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our products (created specifically for you), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect text entered by the customer). Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Quality Issues:
Quality is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or defective, please contact us immediately.
- We offer a 100% free replacement or full refund for any quality-related issues
- Please send us photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your package

For orders of 10+ items, additional processing and shipping time may be required. Please contact us at support@bygonemark.net before placing large orders.
