Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Non-customized items:
We accept returns for non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Customized / personalized items:
Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange, except if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a customization error.


2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@bygonemark.net with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address by email based on your location.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    We will cover the return shipping cost or offer a refund without requiring a return.
  • Change of mind or wrong item ordered:
    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items (if marked as “Final Sale”).

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may return eligible non-customized items within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

This does not apply to customized or personalized products.


8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@bygonemark.net.
